libgarmin0 software package provides Garmin image format library (runtime version), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgarmin0
libgarmin0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgarmin0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgarmin0 *
You will get with libgarmin0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
